2365-03 Full Course Tech Cert (Evening Course)

This course is designed for students who have not completed their full technical qualifications at college and practicing electricians who now want to expand the work scope into commercial and industrial sectors and want to gain their full JIB gold card.

Level 3 Diploma in Electrical Installations (Buildings and Structures) (2365-03)

We advise students undertaking this course must have at least a level 2 electrical technical qualification or has been working in the electrical sector for at least 5 years with CPD qualifications. These include 17th edition, 2394/5 – 2391 inspection & Testing. Here are some previous City & Guilds level 2 electrical technical qualification numbers: 2330, 2365, 2351,2360

  • Course duration: 2 evening a week over 30 weeks
  • Course delivery:– theory/ practical / home study
  • Time duration:– 3 hours per evening 6pm to 9pm (Tuesday & Wednesday)
  • Cost:– £2750.00 + VAT (£3300.00 inc VAT)
  • Start date September 2022

Who should consider taking the Level 3 2365 Course ?

The course is for students who have either been working in the industry using either a level 2 technical qualification or for electricians who have partial completed their level 2 or 3 technical qualifications with a college or training provider and who now wants to upgrade their skill set to level 3 qualification. Once you have gained your level 3 technical certificate you will be eligible to undertake the full NVQ and AM2 assessment to gain your JIB gold card. Please note: You will need the 18th edition wiring regs when applying for your JIB gold card.

AET do offer a package deal for students undertaking this course and this includes: NVQ level 3, AM2 assessment, JIB health & Safety online exam, and 18th Edition course.

The following courses will need to be completed to gain your full JIB Gold card. The usual RRP charge rates for each course are as follows;

  • City & Guilds 2365-03 level 3 diploma would be charged at £3300 inc VAT
  • City & Guilds 2357-44 NVQ level 3 charged at £1800.00 inc VAT
  • AM2 assessment is charged at £936.00 inc VAT
  • Optional AM2 prep day £199 inc VAT
  • City & Guilds 18th Edition 2 day course £359.00 inc VAT
  • JIB online health & safety exam £89.99 inc VAT

302: Two-hour written exam and short practical task.

Written design assignment (The assignment will involve up to 20hrs home study).
