Course Details
All electrical training Ltd will be opening a AM2ED assessment centre in the coming months. This will be offered to all experienced workers currently working in the domestic industry and have already completed their EWA ( Experienced Worker Assessment NVQ) Domestic Electrician Experienced Worker Assessment (DE EWA).
The AM2ED can only be taken once you have gained the Domestic Electrician Experienced Worker Qualification. Proof will be required before you can book the AM2ED assessment.
Those enrolled on the Installation & Maintenance Electrician Experienced Worker Assessment should undertake the AM2E assessment.

Please note: The checklist is not available as yet. However more details on the sections will be made available on the Assessment checklist later this year so you can prepare yourself and get ready for the Assessment.

Entry Requirements
The AM2ED can only be taken once you have gained the Domestic Electrician Experienced Worker Qualification. Proof will be required before you can book the AM2ED assessment.
Those enrolled on the Installation & Maintenance Electrician Experienced Worker Assessment should undertake the AM2E assessment.

- TESP AM2ED Domestic Skill Scan Form (This form will need to be completed if attending the EWA NVQ level 3 assessment)
PLEASE NOTE: All 3 of the above forms will need to be completed when booking your AM2ED assessment.
All forms are fillable forms and can completed without printing. However the checklist will need to be signed by you to be approved through gateway.
If you are an apprentice, you, your college and your employer will need to sign your checklist for gateway approval.
Duration and Costs
AM2ED (First attempt) (Experienced Worker Assessment)
Price charged from 1st April 2024 £1300 + VAT.
This EPA reflects the additional content of the revised apprenticeship standard and includes a 19-hour practical assessment, and 90 min knowledge test.
