What is the 2391 Practical Training Day?
The 2391 Practical Training Day is designed to complement the 2391-52 theory course. The Practical Training Day is a hands-on training day that will cover visual Inspection, Dead and live testing, use of test instruments, safe isolation procedures and equipment (single and 3 phase), loop impedance (single and 3 phase), insulation resistance and polarity, RCD testing, earth faults, radial and ring circuits, prospective short circuit current, prospective fault current (single and 3 phase), protective conductors, hands on electrical testing and completing the report inspection and test schedules.

This course is designed for you to practice and improve your inspection and testing skills, and to prepare you for inspection and testing courses such as the C&G 2391-52. The 2391 Practical Training Day is ideal for practicing electricians that have experience of inspection and testing but would like to reinforce and practice the practical aspects before attempting the full 2391-52 course and assessments.

This 2391 course to make sure that you are confident and competent when carrying out inspection and testing, and will give you the best chance of understanding the key aspects of the C&G 2391-52 course and the best chance of passing your practical assessments first time.
